Ten Minute Trainer

For my first New Year's resolution, I got the flu...not really a planned event, but I did drop 7 pounds :-)

Now, to lose the rest, today Lara and I started the Ten Minute Trainer. The idea is that the workouts are only ten minutes.....then they suck you in and before you know it you've "stacked" the workouts into a thirty minute workout. You take the DVD's and combine cardio, lower body, and abs, for instance, into a pretty righteous workout. Its a one month routine and then I plan to start P90X. We'll see what happens!

Pam's Gravatar So how is it going with the TMT for you and your wife? I started mine on Apriol
30th and have lost 3 pounds doing 2 TMT's per day and walking our Great Pyr
dogs.

Dan Parker's Gravatar Sorry for the horribly late reply, Pam. Unfortunately I stuck with TMT for about a month and then dipped back in to old habits of not exercising again. It's tough to schedule time for exercise. The best thing that ever worked for me was to do it first thing in the morning BEFORE life takes over, but I haven't been able to do that either for a while. Right now I'm doing the treadmill M-W-F and weight training on Tues-Thurs. Good luck with your program!
